Position Summary:

To build and manage project IMS (Integrated Master Schedules) for all activities throughout all aspects of all functions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage Integrated Master schedules (IMS) working with the program management coordinators for engineering projects throughout the lifecycle of projects.
  • Assist with monitoring program actions to the schedule.
  • Collaborate with the production floor to establish production schedules, priorities, weekly and monthly production planning, and resources allocation.
  • Maintain & update Programs database to track status of proposals, purchase orders, milestone dates and other contract requirements.
  • Develop KPIs (Key Performance Indicator's) for tracking maintenance activities.
  • Assist in managing budgets to include time tracking to bid hours in projects.
  • Regular attendance is required as outlined in the Company's attendance policy.

Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:


  • Five (5)+ years of experience working in a planning or program management environment.
  • Aircraft Maintenance Knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project Scheduling Software.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:

  • Highly organized individual who is able to work with limited supervision.
  • An integrity driven professional who will ensure all work is of a quality that is expected from an Airbus OEM.
  • Must be able to interact cordially and productively with co-workers, supervisors, and leadership.
  • Must understand, read, and write proficiently in the English language.
  • Ability to read and understand appropriate manuals, schematics, and technical information necessary to adequately perform duties.
  • Emphasis on Microsoft Excel with formulas
  • Experience with MRP Systems (SAP, Pentagon 2000) is a plus.

  • Must be able to make independent decisions with little or no supervision.
